The project is divided into 2 phases: 1st phase is mainly about villas, which had been finished; 2nd phase is: super platinum five-star hotel, hotel, commercial office building, coastal commercial city, VIP comprehensive space. The total 2nd phase above ground buildi+ng area: 128, 000 m².

 

Design idea: sail. The design follows the most closely associated image of sea with unique design, which differs from the other sail-shaped architecture. The floor of SOHO A , SOHO B,and  the five-star hotel are triangle shapes, the shape Similar to Water drop ,the shape is form by Vertical curves and surfaces, the creative idea enables the style, function, view, layout, etc  to fit the theme of the sail.
